Who we are

Rogers Rentals (a DBA of Dirt Pros of North Florida LLC) rents and manages homes in Jacksonville, Florida. This policy explains what we collect through rogersrentalsjax.com and how we use it. Questions: info@rogersrentalsjax.com.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms: for example your name, phone number, email, the home you are interested in, tour times, voucher or income details on a pre-application, property details if you are an owner, and maintenance details if you are a tenant.
• Basic technical information: your browser type, the page you came from, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank details or other sensitive identifiers through our website forms. Full rental applications, including screening, are handled by our screening partner (TurboTenant) under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

• To answer your inquiry, schedule tours, review pre-applications, handle maintenance requests and talk with property owners.
• To contact you by phone call, text message or email about the request you made.
• To keep our website secure and to block spam and abuse.
• To meet legal, fair housing and record-keeping duties.

Phone calls and text messages

When you submit a form with your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your request, including with automated or prerecorded calls and texts. Consent is not a condition of renting or of any service. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop calling or texting at info@rogersrentalsjax.com. We do not sell or share your phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies

Our site uses only the cookies and similar storage needed to load pages and fonts and to keep forms working. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example website hosting, email, phone service and tenant screening), with a housing authority when you ask us to work with your voucher, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and applications only as long as needed for the purposes above and for any legal record-keeping period, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@rogersrentalsjax.com.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
