Repair Deductible Policy
Tenants are responsible for the first $175 of any repair. Damage caused by tenant negligence is billed in full. Repairs above $175 are covered through our home warranty program. Lawn maintenance is 100% tenant responsibility — non-compliance results in a 7-day cure notice followed by a professional crew bill + $50 fee.
